In spring 2024, InE will launch a themed ESS lecture series focusing on the domain of entrepreneurship and capital. This series aims to provide DKU students with in-depth insights into innovation and entrepreneurship from investors’ perspectives. In the first themed ESS, we are honored to have Mr. Kehan Dong, Head of Investment and Operations at MiraclePlus, to share with us the process of entrepreneurship from 0 to 1.
MiraclePlus is an investment and incubation institution in the early-stage entrepreneurial ecosystem, focusing on investing in and accelerating technology-driven early-stage projects. Through this lecture, Mr. Kehan Dong will dive into the key steps from conceptualization to implementation, emphasizing the process of starting a business from scratch. The purpose is to inspire and guide young entrepreneurs on how to embark on their entrepreneurial journey.

Kehan Dong
Head of Investment and Operations at MiraclePlus
Kehan Dong is the Head of Investment and Operations at MiraclePlus. After dropping out of the University of California during his undergraduate studies, Mr. Kehan went on to establish multiple companies, including Innerjourneys, and the NGO “thecodeoflove.org”. The companies he founded received multiple rounds of financing, and in 2018, he was listed in Forbes U30 and among the Top 10 Outstanding Young Chinese in the United States. In 2019, his entrepreneurial company was acquired.
In 2019, Mr. Kehan, as one of the co-founder, collaborated with Dr. Qi Lu to establish YC China, later branching out independently to establish MiraclePlus. The focus is on maximizing innovation at its source. Over the past four years, he has made investment decisions and accelerated nearly 400 startup companies, including several unicorn companies. Some notable investment projects include Orienspace, AGIBOT, Baichuan AI, GravityXR, Huayi Qubit, among others.
