Dii goes beyond simple advisor assignment by pairing project teams with dedicated mentors throughout the full incubation journey. Its deep long-term bonding model offers students sustained, high-quality guidance from screened industry experts, investors and seasoned founders.
Mentorship Process
- Transparent Selection: Teams view detailed mentor profiles to assess backgrounds, resources and project interests.
- Mentor Showcase: Teams engage with potential mentors upfront to learn their mentoring styles.
- Mutual Matching: A double-blind preference system lets teams and mentors rank choices, with Dii coordinating optimal matches.
- Formal Commitment: Matched pairs sign an engagement agreement, requiring at least two monthly in-depth sessions and clear milestone planning.

Massive online open course (MOOC)
This Canvas-based MOOC features engaging video lectures, case studies and interactive exercises, covering core concepts and frameworks of innovation and venture creation. It provides flexible self-paced learning to build an entrepreneurial mindset and enrich relevant professional knowledge. All applicants for Dii’s incubation program are required to take this course, and students may also self-enroll on Canvas anytime.

The mandatory Dii Acceleration Camp (DAC) is a tech-driven sprint program that enables Dachuang teams to fast-track idea-to-MVP development. With mentor guidance, peer feedback, prototyping and iterative testing, it focuses on practical execution and early validation to refine projects, enhance team capabilities, and prepare them for future reviews and external opportunities.
