DKU Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative (InE) serves as a platform and resource center to encourage innovative practices and nurture entrepreneurship ideas into actions with a meaningful impact. The InE initiative at DKU includes two strategic assets: Innovation Lab (InLab) and Innovation Incubator. The virtual InLab is an educational platform, including various short-term programs, workshops, courses, and lecture series, for students to learn about and practice innovation and entrepreneurship. The physical InLab provides a learning space, work studio, and various equipment, for students to develop their creative ideas into real products or services. The Innovation Incubator serves as an engine to cultivate and support start-up ideas across the DKU campus with guidance, advisory resources, funding, outreach support, and high-tech facilities.

Program Assistant Student Worker for Innovation & Entrepreneurship
Position Overview:
The Student Worker will be mainly responsible for coordinating and supporting center events/activities.
Essential Duties:
- Coordinate and support the promotion of center events and programs by tracking and supporting the process of events and programs held at InE.
- Assist in organizing programs related to innovation and entrepreneurship, including but not limited to workshops, lecture series, conferences, and short-term programs.
- Assist in communicating with guest speakers, participants (usually DKU students), and both within and beyond DKU departments.
- Translate and edit short reports and documents as requested.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a strong capacity to work under pressure.
- Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in a collaborative team.
- Familiar with mainstream social media platforms, especially WeChat promotion.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, photo editing, and video-editing software (experience in Adobe
- Premiere or similar software is a plus).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Preferably able to work onsite for at least 8 hours each week and work onsite for at least 6 months.
