The exciting DKU Innovation Incubator (Dii) Fair was held last Thursday. Thanks to more than 130 DKUers for coming, and thanks to Scott for the welcoming address!
What’s more, Over 20 students pitched their ideas or pitched themselves at the Innovation Matchmaking:
Some think the milk in is too expensive, and want to have affordable milk for everyone
Some think that the coffee in the Cafe is not good, and want to open a coffee shop in CC (Conference Center)
Some find that the school supermarket does not sell fruit, and want to bring fruit to DKU
Maybe they can collaborate!

Some want to make their first pot of gold, start a company, and make a fortune
Some are committed to global health and want to popularize AED and CPR in small and medium-sized cities
Some want to create an energy-saving consumption model, protecting nature for the benefit of the world
Some want to change stereotypes towards females, breaking body shame on girls in China
Do you want to have a try?
Do you have any innovative ideas you’d like to put into practice?
Either way, Dii can make your dream come true!
Whether you want to receive funding and business training to start a company,
or receive expert guidance for your innovative idea,
DKU innovation incubator is the place you are seeking for!
Application Process:
- Please submit your application by 9/30 via https://duke.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_esTmHxilimrvLhz (each team only needs to submit one application)
- Once your team’s application has been approved, submit your proposal by 11/13
- Selected teams will be invited to the final pitch on 12/6 (tentative date).
