U-Corp @ ErroRight (Community Building)
This project aimed to build a community and maintenance mechanism for overseas markets, enhance user activity and stickiness, and ensure the long-term development of the product. After four stages of research, program development, implementation, and evaluation, the project built a basic community of more than 1,000 members, enhanced user awareness and satisfaction, and explored innovative paths for community management. At the same time, the project provided students with practical opportunities to understand the market and user behavior, learn community management strategies, and enhance their innovative thinking and practical skills. The project helped increase user activity and stickiness of overseas community platforms and supported the long-term development of the products.
