U-Corp @ ErroRight (Community Building)
This project aims to build a community and maintenance mechanism for overseas markets, enhance user activity and stickiness, and ensure the long-term development of the product. After four stages of research, program development, implementation and evaluation, the project aims to build a basic community of more than 1,000 members, enhances user awareness and satisfaction, and explores innovative paths of community management. At the same time, the project provides students with practical opportunities to understand the market and user behavior, learn community management strategies, and enhance their innovative thinking and practical skills. The project helps to increase user activity and stickiness of overseas community platforms and supports the long-term development of the products.
