The project “Haptic Illusions and Contactless Interaction: An Inquiry into Embodied Perception” investigates the illusory “contactless feeling” through interactive devices. It explores how digitized, touchless feedback influences bodily perception, emotional experience, and social interaction, while challenging the boundary between the physical and the digital realms. By engaging audiences through interactive artworks, the project examines the relationship between the body, space, and object, generating both artistic outcomes and perceptual insights for audiences to explore. Overall, the project will develop an interactive installation that functions as both an artwork and an experimental apparatus.
