Design thinking is a methodology based on the proposal of meaningful ideas and thoughts. Its purpose is to solve real problems for specific groups and to provide a brand-new solution for people of all professional backgrounds. Meanwhile, it is also one of the most effective ways of inspiring creativity. It helps people to understand the background from which the problem occurred, incubate insights and solutions, as well as to rationally analyze and find the most suitable solutions. Thus, design thinking is considered one of the key abilities in individual complex-task processing.
In this DKU InE Activity, we are honoured by the presence of Mr Christian Kuhna, Founder and CEO of USDC. He will share with us how the systematic mechanism of design thinking works, as well as his meaningful insights into the question “How could creativity be inspired?”
This activity will be split into two parts. From 9-10 AM will be a hybrid lecture on “Enabling Creativity with Design Thinking”, where the concept of design thinking will be explained. After the lecture, Mr Kuhna will begin an onsite workshop with 25-30 registered students from 10 AM-5 PM, allowing the participants themselves to experience the charm of design thinking.
We are looking forward to your participation!
