Zheming Xing
He was the translator for President Xi’s new year address for 2015 and 2016, which was broadcast in the new year’s eve via China’s state television station. For 3 years before he officially joined CCTV-NEWS as a news anchor, Zheming was a frequent guest speaker for the channel’s talk show Crossover.
He was a program associate with Albright Stonebridge Group, a leading global strategic consultancy founded by the US former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. He advised many of the firm’s clients, including many Fortune 500 companies, NGOs, and industry associations, on policy intelligence, policy advocacy, government relations, M&As, market access, and crisis management in China. He covered multiple industries, including healthcare, IT, retail, agriculture, and energy.
He started his career in public relations with Weber Shandwick in Beijing. As an associate for the firm’s corporate communication practice, he served many clients, including McDonald’s, Mercedes-Benz, and Barclays Capital.
