CEO, Mindshare China
Benjamin Condit, the current CEO of Mindshare China, has over 20 years of experience leading digital strategy in China. Mindshare is a global media agency network of 10,000 people across 86 countries united by their desire to drive good growth for clients, including Rolex, Unilever, Nike, IBM, IHG, Lufthansa, etc.
Prior to his appointment as CEO of Mindshare in 2021, Ben held various positions within the company for the past decade. Most recently, he served as Mindshare’s Chief Strategy Officer, leading product and profile development for China for 6 years. Initially, Ben joined Mindshare as Head of Digital for Team L’Oréal, overseeing digital offerings for that account.
Before joining Mindshare, Ben worked in both startups and global organizations in Asia, including leading regional digital strategy for top client Adidas at Isobar. As a critical member of Isobar Asia Pacific’s network team, he developed the first digital marketing training programs for local Isobar, Aegis Media, Carat, and Vizeum offices across Asia in 2007. Prior to Isobar, Ben founded and managed Upstart, a Hong Kong-based online marketing agency for 3 years until its acquisition.
Ben began his career in the video game industry, working for an independent publisher, “Gathering of Developers”. With his wealth of experience in digital strategy leadership, Ben is well-positioned to lead Mindshare as its new CEO.
