The PF International Talent Comprehensive Training Project is centred on the non-modelling and semi-open business simulation competition for university and high school students, and is supported by basic financial courses and international competitions to build platforms for internships, scientific research, innovation and entrepreneurship, and achieve the goal of training international business talents to form a comprehensive service-oriented product. By combining advanced business education experience, PF independently develops a set of innovation and entrepreneurship courses suitable for university and high school students, promotes the cultivation of international business talents from a global perspective, reduces the cost of talent training, and allows more people to obtain equal opportunities and efficient business education. Besides, PF has cooperated with many secondary schools, universities, and enterprises to land more than 300 regional/joint business competitions, with rich practical cases and nearly 350 business associations of various schools, occupying a leading position in the industry. Additionally, PF has a large team of more than 20 experts from home and abroad, including deans of famous universities in China, professors from famous universities overseas, national-level innovation and entrepreneurship mentors, and professionals from the financial and investment industry.
