峰会背景
世界银行的调查结果显示，女性在社会企业中往往比男性有着更为优异的表现，因为她们对社会上需要帮助的群体更加富有同情心与同理心，也更加富于情感表达。从宏观角度来看，女性企业家更对全球经济增长与减少贫困产生了巨大的作用。以美国为例，近数十年来，由女性持有的企业增长速率是其他企业的接近两倍，这些企业为世界经济增长贡献了近3万亿美元，提供岗位约2300万个。
According to World Bank, females perform better in social enterprises than men because women are more compassionate, empathetic, and emotionally expressive. Meanwhile, female entrepreneurs have been exerting huge impacts on global economic growth and poverty reduction. Take the United States as an example, women-owned firms are growing twice faster than other firms, contributing nearly $3 trillion to the economy and directly responsible for 23 million jobs.
然而，女性企业家在创业领域所占份额仍然偏低，不同国家占比1%至40%不等。且在实践中，女性持有的企业比起其他企业通常更难获得融资等经济支持。在企业内部，女性职工更容易被分配到非正式部门或是女员工占主体的传统劳务部门，纵使这些工作与她们的实际能力并不匹配。究其根本，阻碍女性创业、担任领导者、乃至于职场中发挥自己能力的一大主要原因，便是组织及社会中根深蒂固存在的性别歧视与偏见——也是本次峰会试图探讨的主议题之一。
However, the share of women entrepreneurship is still relatively low, varying from 1% to 40% across countries. Compared to men-owned enterprises, lack of financial support and investment is more of a major constraint to the growth of female-owned enterprises. Within enterprises, female employees are more likely to be distributed to an informal sector or a traditionally female-dominated sector, even though the work does not match their real capacities. In general, one of the main reasons that prevents women from becoming an entrepreneur or leader is the subtle gender bias that persists in organizations and society.
2020秋季创新峰会由昆山杜克大学创新创业与昆山杜克大学教育发展基金会联合举办，主题为“女性创业精神和领导力对社会的影响”。峰会邀请深具影响力的女性企业家们来分享她们作为业界领袖的经验，以及在创造社会影响力时面临的挑战。
The Fall 2020 Innovation Summit “Social Impact of Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership” is co-hosted by DKU Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative and Education Development Foundation. The summit will bring influential women entrepreneurs and leaders to the DKU community, to share their experiences and the challenges of making an impact on society.
通过这次峰会，我们希望能展现许多优秀的女性榜样，表现女性独有的力量，帮助更多的女性追求梦想、自由发声、采取行动去引发改变，并且建立互助成长的女性创业网络。
Through this event, we hope to show positive role models of female leaders, demonstrate the unique power of women, empower more females to pursue their dreams, discover their voices, take actions to make a change, and build entrepreneurial networks that enable females to support each other and grow.

林蕊 Rui LIN (Rebecca)
林蕊是斯道资本合伙人。她于2007年加入斯道资本，专注于医疗行业的投资，所负责的项目包括北京英硕力科技、南京健友生化、上海海利生物、固生堂中医集团、浙江邦尔医疗集团、北京思派网络、东方启音、北京万户良方科技、琅铧医药、上海镁信健康、宽岳医疗和仁树医疗等。林蕊在风险投资、审计和管理咨询领域拥有将近10年的丰富专业经验。她拥有宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院工商管理硕士学位和深圳大学经济学学士学位。
Rebecca joined Eight Roads Ventures China in 2007 and mainly focuses on investment in the medical industry. She has been leading a number of projects, include Beijing Yingshuoli Technology, Nanjing King-friend, Shanghai Hile Bio-Technology, Eyebright Medical Technology (Beijing), Gushengtang Traditional Chinese Medicine Group, Zhejiang Boner Medical Investment Management, Beijing Medbanks Network Technology, Orient Speech Therapy, Beijing Wanhu Health Technology, Citrine Medicine, MediTrust Health, b-One Ortho and TreeENT Health. Before joining Eight Roads, she had nearly 10 years of rich experience in the fields of venture capital, auditing, and management consulting. She obtained her MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Economics from Shenzhen University.
刘毓文 Yuwen LIU
刘毓文是薄荷天使基金创始人。在创办基金之前，她曾管理苏州生物纳米园，还曾担任信达生物、吉玛基因、凯瑞斯德、瑞璞鑫、博瑞生物、Admera Health等公司董事，元生创投投决会委员，凯杰（苏州）转化医学公司和百拓生物技术有限公司董事长。她的职业生涯从1997年加入苏州胶囊有限公司担任质量工程师开始，后陆续担任过质量控制经理、质量保证与控制经理、新业务拓展经理，并于2003年移至上海担任美国百利高公司首任中国总经理。她于1990~1997 年就学于中国药科大学，获药剂学硕士，后获得复旦大学与挪威管理学院合办之管理学硕士，她同时也是一名执业药师。
Before founding BOHE Angel, Yuwen was the CEO of Suzhou BioBAY, when she was also an Investment Committee Member for BioVENTURE Fund, and Board Director of Innovent, Admera Health, Chiral Quest, GenePharma, Reproposing and BrightGene, and Chairwoman of Qiagen (Suzhou) Translational Medicine and Suzhou BioTOP Biotech. She graduated from China Pharmaceutical University with a master’s degree in Pharmaceutics. She also has a Master of Management from Fudan University and Norwegian Management School BI.
周惟彦 Weiyan ZHOU (Amy)
周惟彦是中国儿童友好社区行业标准主笔，启动了“中国儿童友好社区促进计划”。她同时也担任北京永真公益基金会理事长、中国公益研究院首届理事、中国社区发展协会副会长、及深圳壹基金公益基金会发起理事。她曾获得中国企业家商界木兰奖，是中国的十大品牌女性之一。
Weiyan is the leading writer of the standard for building a child-friendly community in China. In 2015, She proposed to launch the promotion plan of China’s child-friendly community. Weiyan is also the president of Beijing Yongzhen public welfare foundation, a founding director of China Public Welfare Research Institute, the vice president ofChina Community Development Association, and the founding director of ShenzhenOne Foundation. She gained the Mulan Award in business circles of Chinese entrepreneurs and is the top ten brand women in China.
邢菲 Fay XING
邢菲是云鹊医疗科技（上海）有限公司首席执行官，通和毓承基金合伙人。云鹊医是由毓承资本创立的数字医疗公司。邢菲同时在中国和美国做种子投资并经营一些尚处在成长初期的医疗保健公司。她曾是纽约长老会医院的驻场医生，也是一名设备企业家/创始人。她分别从斯坦福医学院和哈佛商学院获得医学博士学位和MBA学位。
Fay is the CEO of PICA Health, a digital health company started at Wuxi Healthcare Ventures. She has been a partner at 6 Dimensions Capital, a fund created through the merger of Wuxi Healthcare Ventures and Frontline Ventures. She invests in and operates early-stage health-care companies in both China and the US. Prior to entering the industry, Fay was a resident physician at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City and a device entrepreneur/founder. She received her MD from Stanford Medical School and MBA from Harvard Business School.
黄琛 Chen HUANG (Charlene)
黄琛是即科金融的联合创始人兼首席运营官。即科金融是中国在金融技术行业做消费金融的佼佼者之一，目前拥有600名员工，为200多个城市、10000多个商家和30多家金融机构提供服务。在2014年创立即科之前，黄琛在通用电气公司和西班牙对外银行（中国区，美国区）担任过各种职务。她在2003年攻读杜克大学富卡商学院的MBA，拥有复旦大学的化学科学学士学位。
Charlene is the Co-Founder and COO of Geex Finance, a Sequoia Capital invested Fin-tech company. Geex Finance is one of the top players in the consumer finance fin-tech industry in China, currently with 600 employees, serving more than 200 cities, 10,000 merchants, and 30 financial institutions. Before she founded Geex in 2014, Charlene worked for GE and BBVA in various roles in China and the US. She is a Fuqua MBA, Class of 2003, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Fudan University.
司凡 Fan SI
司凡是TEDx外滩的策展人。她独立运营文化公司，其服务涵盖品牌整合营销，城市文化活动承建等多方面内容，经手的品牌包括爱马仕，LG集团旗下美妆品牌，H&M，戴森，La Mer 等。在文化活动方面，她邀请各领域先锋人物进行碰撞对话及演讲。
Fan independently operates a cultural company, covering brand integration and marketing, undertaking urban cultural activities. She has led her company to handle a number of brands, including Hermes, cosmetics brands of LG Group, H&M, Dyson, La Mer. As for cultural activities, she invites pioneers in various fields to have “collision” dialogues and presentations.
周倩 Qian ZHOU
周倩是知名画家，现任上海市青年美术摄影家协会副主席，被公认为中国伟大艺术家李可染的第三代继承人。从2016年开始，周倩尝试将她的绘画作品应用到舞台上。到2018止，她在美国和中国举办了3场世界首屈一指的中国艺术和音乐戏剧展。周倩在上海艺术和文学界参与和兼职诸多社会活动及慈善活动，现为美国丹佛大学，约瑟夫与洛雷塔法学院“戏剧美术常驻艺术家”。
Qian has been widely recognized as the 3rd generation heiress to the great Chinese Artist Li Keran. Since 2016, Qian has been trying to expand the paintings to the stage. Till 2018, she had 3 unique theatrical odysseys of Chinese art and music for the world premier held both in the US and China. She is vice president of Shanghai Youth Arts and Photographers Association; Resident Artist of Theatrical Fine Art at the Joseph & Loretta Law Institute of Arts and Technology, University of Denver, US.
任敏 Min REN (Cathy)
任敏是创行青年创始人兼首席执行官。在成立创行青年之前，她担任了15年Enactus在中国大陆，香港和澳门地区的CEO一职。任敏的工作职责包括带领项目团队维护中国的293所院校的校园关系和创新项目制学习的开展，领导筹款团队维护现有50余家合作企业和开发新的企业合作，管理和指导市场营销团队推广创行青年品牌和对外沟通工作。
Cathy is the Founder and CEO of YEAction. Before establishing YEAction, she had been serving as the CEO of Enactus (China, Hong Kong, Macao) for 15 years. Cathy’s main responsibilities include leading the program team to manage campus relationships with 293 universities in China, maintaining current 50 corporate partners and developing new corporate relationships, supervising the marketing team to promote YEAction among key stakeholders, and facilitating government relations.
朱冰 Bing ZHU
朱冰是北京都市意匠创新规划设计中心创始人兼设计总监。她于2007年底在北京创建都市意匠，曾于哈佛大学城市研究中心工作，并在易道（EDAW）任资深城市设计师。她是北京工业大学建筑系工程学士，香港大学城市设计硕士，哈佛大学设计博士。朱冰学贯中西的专业背景，使其对目前中国城市发展，及城市化过程中发生的问题及解决有着独特的见解。
Bing is the Founder and Design Director of Urban Design & Topologies. Before founding Urban Design & Topologies (UDT) in2007, Bing Zhu worked at the Urban Research Center of Harvard University. She was also a senior urban designer at EDAW. Zhu Bing received her Bachelor of Engineering from the Department of Architecture, Beijing University of Technology, Master of Urban Design from the University of Hong Kong, and Ph.D. in Design from Harvard University. Bing Zhu’s professional knowledge obtained from both the East and West provides her unique insights into the current development of Chinese cities and the problems and solutions in the process of urbanization.
刘文秀 Wenxiu LIU (Mandy)
刘文秀是小灶能力派的创始人兼首席执行官，小灶能力派是针对大学生和年轻专业人士的顶级在线专业培训公司之一。小灶成立于2016年，在专业内容及课程上已经帮助了200多万名学生，并完成了两轮融资。在加入小灶之前，刘文秀是杜克大学富卡商学院的MBA学生。在获得MBA学位之前，她曾是安永会计师事务所的审计经理。她拥有武汉大学信息管理和信息系统学士学位。
Mandy is the Founder and CEO of Xiaozao Education, one of the top online professional training companies targeting university students and young professionals. Founded in 2016, Xiaozao has helped over two million students with professional content, courses, and services and completed two rounds of financing. Before Xiaozao, Mandy was an MBA student at Fuqua Business School at Duke University. Previous to her MBA, Mandy was an audit manager at Ernst & Young. Mandy received her undergraduate degree in Information Management and Information System from Wuhan University.
赵文静 Wenjing ZHAO
赵文静是上海好润环保科技有限公司创始人，拥有近 20 年纺织服装行业经历和品牌创业经验，是一位“80 后”二胎母亲。她希望将传统纺织行业与可持续发展相结合，既满足当代人的生活需求，又能为后代人留下“绿水青山”; 也希望除了为环保做出力所能及的贡献，还能带动更多人一起行动，用“行动改变世界”。
Wenjing is the founder of Plastic Ecological Transformation (P.E.T.). She has around 20 years of experience in the textile and apparel industries, as well as entrepreneurship. She is a post-1980 and has two children. She wishes that the traditional textile sector can be developed in a sustainable way so that this traditional industry not only can meet the needs of current generations, but also leave “green mountains” for future generations. She is trying to make contributions to environmental protection, hoping to motivate more people to act together and practice the notion of “action changes the world”.
李婷 Ting LI
李婷是搭盒子的创始人兼首席执行官。搭盒子是一家数据驱动的时尚电商公司，致力于用AI提升传统时尚零售行业效率，基于数据模型和搭配师专业审美为用户做个性化推荐和购买服务。公司的愿景是“让时尚挑战技术，让技术改变时尚。” 公司的使命是“为两亿女人定制美丽。”李婷曾担任小红书电商时尚总监，国际管理咨询公司摩立特集团战略咨询顾问。本科就读于清华大学和香港大学，斯坦福大学MBA。
Ting is the Founder and CEO of The Look. The Look is a data-driven fashion e-commerce company that aims to improve the efficiency of the traditional fashion retail industry by using AI. Prior to founding The Look, Ting led the Fashion e-commerce platform at Xiaohongshu. Ting holds an MBA degree from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hong Kong.
邢天骄 Tianjiao XING (Teddy)
邢天骄是蔚来教育集团的创始人兼首席执行官，毕业于不列颠哥伦比亚大学，并拥有生物化学及经济双荣誉学士学位。毕业后她在哈佛商学院进行深造，现已成为北美国际化教育的杰出代表人物。蔚来教育致力于通过为学校与教育机构提供优质教师与课程咨询服务来为教育赋能。
Teddy is the Founder and CEO of TeachFuture, a rapidly growing organization committed to empowering education with qualified teachers by providing schools and institutions with comprehensive teachers and curriculum consulting services. She graduated from the University of British Columbia and holds a Double Honors Degree in biochemistry and economics. She continued her studies at Harvard Business School and has become a distinguished representative of international education throughout North America.
