This project aims to develop a convenient, user-friendly spectral analysis device to assess food quality, enhancing food safety and nutritional awareness. Through integrating spectral and AI technology, our objectives include engineering a streamlined pen-shaped device, designing software, and employing machine learning to correlate spectral data with food composition. The development process will span several stages—from initial design to advanced testing—ensuring the device is both effective and accessible, ultimately bolstering community health.
