This project develops an AI-supported micro-movement system designed for knowledge workers experiencing prolonged sedentary fatigue. Instead of promoting intensive exercise, the system focuses on 3-8 mins workplace-friendly stretches that can be seamlessly integrated into moments such as ending focused work sessions or prolonged sitting. Through fatigue-state detection, personalized movement recommendations, gamified feedback, and emotionally supportive interaction design, the platform aims to reduce the psychological and physical barriers to movement initiation. The project explores how low-friction, context-fit micro-recovery behaviors can gradually develop into sustainable health habits within everyday work environments.
