In this exciting sharing session, we are honored to invite Minki, founder of MustardTek, and Tiantian Wang, founder of Bear Paw Coffee, to share their inspiring journeys. They will discuss how they leverage social entrepreneurship to empower the disabled community. Learn how they’ve created brands with a strong sense of warmth and responsibility by employing a high percentage of disabled individuals and offering them professional training.

Minki Chang
Founder and Managing Director of MustardTek Inclusive Design Studio
Minki Zhang founded MustardTek in hopes that design and technology can empower inclusive communities to envision and create a more equitable world for today and our future selves. He started his career consulting with Fortune 500 companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He then joined Procter & Gamble as an innovation leader, launching a retail learning lab that integrated the virtual environment and physical space. Minki then founded a STEAM education startup and was a Maker-In-Resident at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle. MustardTek now brings together Minki’s diverse experience and personal passions, where he and his family have cared for children and young adults in need of a spare room for over 20 years.
Tiantian Wang
Founder of Give and Take Coffee (i.e., Bear Paw Café)
Tiantian has many years of experience in organizing public welfare activities. In 2020, he founded Bear Paw Coffee in Shanghai. Since the establishment of the company, it has been rooted in helping the disabled. The proportion of disabled employees exceeds 90%. By building a coffee industry chain from bean to cup and opening 14 stores in China and Singapore, he has provided employment opportunities for more than 100 disabled people and trained thousands. He also creates exclusive operating spaces and practice bases for disabled employees to cultivate their solid professional abilities and obtain stable career guarantees. At the same time, he drives brother enterprises to pay attention to the disabled group and provide vocational training and employment and entrepreneurship assistance for more disabled people.
Tiantian’s public welfare actions are not only reflected in helping the disabled to obtain employment. He leads disabled employees to send care to front-line workers and has successively sent more than 30,000 cups of Bear Paw Coffee to different groups such as hospital staffs, community service workers, and police staffs. He actively organizes targeted donations to special groups in mountainous areas of Yunnan and holds adoption activities for stray small animals and extraordinary barista competitions.
