In this ESS session, Wang Lei Ph.D., an expert in Artificial Intelligence, will be sharing his experiences on striving for excellency over the limits of technology. Check out his journey from a beginner to an innovator of times.

Dr. Wang Lei is an expert in tracking and analyzing AI’s frontier technology, developing trends exploring application scenarios, and formulating product innovation strategies. He headed the completion of AI hand pulse registration and visitor machine and AI thermal face recognition and access control machine etc. He also headed the AI product innovation planning fields including medical health, industrial testing, cultural creativity, etc. As the Office Director of DeepBlue Academy of Sciences, he is responsible for its internal management and external affairs. He oversees the routine management of joint research institutions such as Enterprise Academician Workstation, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Central South University, etc. in areas including research planning, project managing, talent training and exchanging, etc. He is also responsible for the curriculum design and overall course planning of DeepBlue University.
