Rick Duan
As the Senior Solution Specialist at Microsoft China, Rick oversees Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions. With nearly 20 years of experience in sales, strategy, marketing, product positioning, customer success, data analysis, and channel operations, Rick has a comprehensive background in the tech industry. Since early 2023, he has been instrumental in the internal testing, promotion, training, and sales of Microsoft’s AIGC-based productivity product, Microsoft 365 Copilot. His work focuses on helping companies transform into modern, digital, and intelligent organizations.
Rick joined Microsoft in January 2015. Previously, he was the Sales Manager for Marketing Solutions in Greater China at IBM and managed channel operations at GE Healthcare. He holds a degree in Automation from Beihang University and an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
