For this lecture, we are honored to have invited Jiachao Wang, a Chinese Para-Triathlete and the Gold medalist at the 2012 London Paralympics. With his rich personal experience and profound insights, Mr. Wang will share in-depth information on how to maintain a sense of responsibility and pragmatism in a complex and ever-changing environment, as well as how to persevere in the pursuit of goals and make continuous progress over time. Before the lecture, Mr. Wang will share how to properly prevent and manage sports injuries through an interactive workshop, which can help us ensure health and well-being while working out.
